HI! I'm Hillary, I was raised in Nevada, so it was a no brainier to start my business here!

    After my second bundle of joy arrived on the scene, and spending 6 glorious, yet exhausting, months as a stay at home mom, I tipped my hat to the millions of woman who did it before me, I plopped my precious loves in the capable hands of their daycare provider, and expressed my love for them by opening and naming my "home away, from home" after them. Michael + Grace!

    I have been a licensed stylist for nearly 15yrs. After welcoming my 3rd love into this world I stepped out from behind the chair to follow my newfound passion for growing and coaching my staff. To coach, these women to succeed and flourish in this industry has truly become my calling. 

     I Opened Michael + Grace at the ripe age of 27, you could say I'm beyond ambitious, but as hard as I work, I play just as hard. You'll typically find me planning my next vacation, or packing the camper for a camping trip. I prefer to have my "toe's in the water, and @$$, in the sand", but the hubby finds true peace and relaxation in camping, so we make both happen as frequently as possible.    

    My addiction to Starbucks (shameless plug) is a running joke in the salon, but hey, my morning doesn't start till my caffeine does.

 

All kidding aside, I love to connect, grow, and learn together. So come to learn and grow with us, we are doing BIG things!
