Hi Gorgeous!

 

My name is Taylor, I started working at Michael + Grace in January of this year. I am originally from Sacramento, CA but moved out here from Virginia a couple of years ago with my husband. My husband is currently serving in the Navy and stationed out in Fallon, which is what brought us to Reno. I've been a stylist for 6 years and continue to grow my passion every day. My mom inspired my love for hair as she is a stylist as well, of 40+ years.

I grew up in her salons washing her client's hair, painting nails, confirming appointments, and being her "little assistant".

I love getting to know my clients before I even meet you. I always reach out before your appointment and get a little background on what your hair goals are; so when you sit in my chair we have a game plan! I always want you to feel heard, taken care of, and at ease.

I am a very type-A personality and I always take notes on our color formulas and haircut styles so I will always remember what we did last time! I pride myself on my punctuality and always running on time, if not early for my clients. I am a perfectionist when it comes to hair and I love an AMAZING before and after transformation!

When you sit in my chair I want to make your hair goals come true and always want you to leave feeling even more beautiful than you walked, in with newfound confidence and a new friend. That’s one thing I love about my job is the ability to connect with people and learn about your life and building lasting relationships.

 

When I am not behind the chair, I am out exploring with my hubby and pup. Last year we got our first fur baby, a labradoodle named Bentley, and I am completely obsessed with him. I have been married for 6 years and am very family-oriented. I love DIY and crafting, traveling, and binge-watching my favorite crime or drama TV shows, (total Bachelor-fanatic) love wine nights and breweries, love skydiving (total adrenaline junkie), enjoy going shooting with my husband, taking a motorcycle ride, kicking a soccer ball around, being at the ocean or lake, finding new restaurants, and going to the gym which I never have time for.
